No, because the point of merging ʿUmrah into Ḥajj [tamattuʿ] is to enjoy yourself until the days of Ḥajj begin on the 8th of Dhul Ḥijjah and because a person intending Ḥajj should not be obligated to do two ʿUmrahs.
