Can I wear clothing with alcohol or drug advertisements on it?

Short Answer

A Muslim must not wear any clothing that promotes alcohol or anything forbidden. This would indirectly support their industry.

What the Qur’an and Sunnah Say

Allah says, “Help one another in righteousness and piety, but do not help one another in sin and enmity.” (Qur’an, Al-Ma’idah 5:2)

The Messenger of Allah cursed ten people in connection with alcohol: the wine-presser, the one for who it is pressed, the one who drinks it, the one who carries it, the one for whom it is carried, the one who serves it, the one who sells it, the one who benefits from the price paid for it, the one who buys it, and the one for whom it is bought.” (Tirmidhi #1295)
